Distance agreement
This contract is concluded between the owner of the Internet trading site www.abbio.eu "DR. BUTKĒVIČAS ZOBĀRSTNIECĪBAS PRAKSE SIA", Reg. Nr.: 40103148684, registered office Rīga, Dzirnavu iela 47, LV-1010. The Distance Contract applies to all orders and purchases made on the www.abbio.eu Internet trading site. This Distance Contract does not apply to purchases made by the Buyer in the Seller's retail store.
The Buyer shall order, purchase and pay for, and the Seller shall supply and sell, the goods which are offered on the www.abbio.eu internet trading site (the "Goods") in accordance with the terms of this contract (the "Contract").
2. The Buyer shall order the Goods by completing the relevant order form on the Seller's website www.abbio.eu. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide precise information, i.e. name, delivery address and contact details and to click on the "Order" field. The Buyer undertakes to inform the Seller of any changes by email to info@abbio.eu no later than 48 hours from the confirmation of the order. The Buyer is responsible for providing the correct details, otherwise delivery of the Goods is not guaranteed. The ordering of the Goods shall be deemed to constitute an offer by the Buyer to the Seller to enter into this Distance Contract for the delivery of the Goods ordered and an agreement by the Buyer to purchase the Goods ordered at the price indicated. No personal data relating to the delivery of the Goods shall be passed to any third party other than OMNIVA SIA (hereinafter referred to as the "Courier") for the purpose of the delivery of the order.
3. The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the address specified by the Buyer in accordance with the tariffs set by the courier service. The Buyer shall pay the shipping costs and the Goods together, prior to receipt of confirmation and delivery of the Goods from the Seller. The delivery price shall be included in the invoice.
4.The Buyer may place orders 24 hours a day, but the Seller shall complete orders: on weekdays from 10.00 to 17.00, Saturdays, Sundays - no completion. The Seller shall send the Buyer a confirmation of acceptance of the order by e-mail. If the Buyer does not receive a confirmation e-mail, the order is not accepted. The order is completed when the money is credited to the Seller's account.
5. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal contained in the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and return the Goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. In order to avoid any disputes, upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer shall make sure that they correspond to the order (colour, product name and other relevant parameters).
6. In the event that the Goods are not assembled correctly, the Buyer has the right to exchange the Goods within 14 (fourteen) days by completing a return form.
7. If the Buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the following recommendations and conditions shall apply:
7.1 The Goods to be returned must not have been used (taking into account the specific nature of the Goods). If the condition of the returned Goods has deteriorated due to improper storage, the Buyer shall not be entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal.
7.2 The Buyer shall preserve and not damage the original packaging of the Goods.
7.3 If the Buyer wishes to exercise its right of withdrawal, it must contact the Seller by email at info@abbio.eu. The Buyer shall obtain from the Seller a cancellation form, which shall be completed and sent to the Seller at the above e-mail address.
7.4 The Buyer shall retain both the courier documents for receipt of the Goods and the postal/courier documents for return of the Goods to the Seller.

7.6 The Seller shall transfer the money for the returned Goods to the bank account specified by the Buyer in the withdrawal form within 30 (thirty) calendar days after termination of the Contract and receipt of the Goods specified in the withdrawal form at the Seller's warehouse (Riga, Dzirnavu iela 47, LV-1010, Latvia) on the basis of the Buyer's withdrawal.
8. The average delivery time is 2 (two) to 6 (six) working days within Latvia and 4 (four) to 10 (ten) working days outside Latvia, but the Seller reserves the right to deliver the Goods within 2 (two) calendar weeks, as delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the Goods in stock.
9. All prices are inclusive of 21% VAT (value added tax).
10. Payment for the Goods shall be made by the Buyer at www.abbio.eu by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron) or by bank transfer to DR. BUTKĒVIČAS ZOBĀRSTNIECĪBAS PRAKSE SIA account number indicated on the invoice. All delivery costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
11. This Agreement is in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. The Buyer acknowledges that it has read the terms of this Agreement and undertakes to observe and comply with them.
12.The Buyer is informed that the Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time.
